Hello and welcome to my web page and to Fabulous Las Vegas!

I am a proud Las Vegas resident since 1999, and have lived through the biggest boom and the worst bust in our city's history, and one thing remains constant: This is the greatest city to live in in the US! Now I know that that is a subjective statement, because, after all, what makes a city great? But I have lived in 4 states and have visited all but 4 of them, and nothing compares to the lifestyle that this city affords.

While I come from another industry, I have been involved in Real Estate since 1994 and have been licensed in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Nevada. During that time, I have run the gamut of selling new homes, resales, commercial property, distressed and bank owned property. But the property is not the issue, it is the relationships that I develop and the customer service that I provide that keeps me excited about my profession and my city. I have worked primarily on customer referrals over the years and would be happy to provide you with the names and contact information of satisfied clients; I consider them lifetime clients because my service and loyalty does not expire at close of escrow.

I am a graduate of Kent State University and spent many years in the non-traditional education industry, working as an administrator for various career colleges, a public charter school, and as an accreditation specialist. But my passion has always been a "love of the land", and nothing makes me happier than helping an individual or family find the right property for their needs.
